Reports are public. Please do not post your child's name, photo, school, parent PIN or other private information. Crop personal details out of screenshots before attaching them.

What should I include in a report?

Tell us your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, EllieMath version, the steps you followed, and what you expected to happen. Describe the problem without including personal details.

How do practice rewards work?

Daily Practice contains 25 questions. Other new practice rounds contain 20. Completing a round earns up to 10 points, subject to the remaining daily allowance. All rewards, including check-ins and reviews, share a 50-point daily limit per learner. Mistakes and hints do not deduct points.

How can I adjust difficulty?

Open Learning pace for grown-ups from the home screen and enter your parent PIN. Choose a starting level from 1 to 20. Find my pace allows each subject to adapt with practice. The parent report shows current levels and automatic changes.

Where are practice records?

Open Parent report to review daily answers, hints, practice time and difficulty changes. Learning progress is stored locally on the device. Do not delete the app as a troubleshooting step if you need to keep its records.

Which features are still being developed?

Chance Lab is marked Beta. The message board is marked Coming Soon and is unavailable. Core math practice works offline without a child account. The app interface is currently in English.
