Information stored on your device

Next Orbit keeps your best score, sound preference, tutorial completion status and any nickname, personal best and achievement date you choose to save. Recent submission identifiers prevent duplicate saving of the same run. A nickname does not need to be your real name.

Use, sharing and permissions

These records support local scoring, the leaderboard and preferences. The current app has no login, Game Center, online leaderboard, score upload, ads, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking. Its game code has no feature that sends these records to a developer server. It does not request camera, microphone, photo, contact or location permissions.

Retention and deletion

Scores and preferences have no automatic expiry. Each nickname keeps its best score. Starting a new run does not clear saved records, and there is currently no in-app delete control. Per Apple’s storage guidance, Delete App removes the app and its related device data; Offload App retains documents and data. Manage backup copies separately; restoring a backup may restore records. The developer cannot remotely recover or remove your local scores.

Apple and system settings

Apple may independently process downloads, backups and diagnostics under your settings. This is separate from any developer-operated account or sync service, which Next Orbit does not provide. See Apple’s privacy policy.

Website visits

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. These pages add no ads, analytics scripts, forms, tracking pixels or third-party fonts. GitHub logs and stores visitors’ IP addresses for security and may process browser details and other visit data under its privacy statement.

Voluntary support

If you email support, your email address, description and attachments are used to reply, diagnose the issue and follow up. Do not include children's real names, schools, passwords or unrelated personal information. Support messages may remain in mailbox correspondence. Contact the address below to request removal of support information you provided. The email provider processes and retains data under its own policy; the developer does not control independently held provider copies. The support mailbox uses Gmail; see Google’s privacy policy.
