No sound?
Turn sound on from the menu or pause screen, then check device volume, silent mode and audio output settings.
Scores missing on another device?
The current version has no account, Game Center or cloud sync. Records live in this device's app data. Each nickname keeps its best score; equal scores share a rank.
Replay the tutorial
Choose How to play from the menu. Practice can be skipped and does not overwrite real scores. The three-second combo rule uses launch time; an on-time launch can land after the three-second mark.
Remove local records
There is currently no in-app clear-leaderboard control. Read retention and deletion first. Do not delete the app as a troubleshooting step if you want to keep its scores.
Report an issue
Include device model, OS and app version, steps and expected result. A parent or guardian should help children send feedback. Avoid real names, schools, passwords or unrelated personal information. Contact: jiaxiaofan813@gmail.com
